I was sent to a shop down the street from them who told me there was a 75% chance of my windshield cracking during repair. They told me this was almost certain. They had a 3.8 star rating which thankfully convinced me to walk away. On my way home I called Jack Morris auto glass repair folks. They laughed at that 75% prediction and fixed it flawlessly. Thank you! I am glad I did not go elsewhere …. They were very professional. I understand there is a chance of windshields cracking during repair - however, the other place almost assured me that was going to happen … this couldn’t have been further from the truth!
