Rob said the situation was they changed out the battery and battery terminals, they were supposed to be checking to make sure the battery was dead, and he got conflicting replies. When he got the vehicle back, the old battery terminals were still on there. There was a question if the battery was really dead.

Rob, thank you for taking the time to speak with us. As soon as we became aware of the concern, we contacted you to discuss it. Since the battery was relatively new, we wanted to help save you money by offering to let you obtain a warranty replacement and bring us the replacement battery for installation.

After reviewing everything together, we confirmed that the diagnosis was correct and that all authorized repairs were completed properly. The concern was that the old battery terminal ends were left on the failed battery after removal. At the time, our technician was not aware the battery would be returned for warranty consideration.

We appreciate the opportunity to clarify the situation and are glad we were able to discuss it with you directly.
