A/C Specialists? NOT!
Took my 2005 Astro van into Jacksons July of 2023 to have my A/C fixed. Was charged $550 and it only lasted through the summer. Took it back in last July to have it looked at and fixed. Cost was $955 and for sure was fixed. Warm air again this spring. Took it back in and was told I need 3 major parts and it was going to be $3250. I asked how about the $1505 I've already paid to rent my A/C? Well we can sharpen our pencil and get it done for $2550. I looked up the 3 parts and new they were no more than $125 to the public. Not rocket science to put in at home if you so chose. I smell at rat here. Needless to say I'll never go to this shop again. BEWARE!
