You asked right away what did guys do to the battery of my car because my car does not start and like I ex[ained to you before if your vehicle does not have a serpentine belt on the battery does not charge up your vehicle did get here without a serpentine belt being on as for your vehicle not being able to being put into park is because your vehicle got here with your shifter being all broken an also the previous towing truck that brought the vehicle at first they put it into netural and we never moved it into part because your shifter is all broken plus the warranty company was not gonna approve the work because somebody else worked on your vehicle previously which was an ALLEY MECHANIC who caused the damages to your A/C Compressor and breaking bolts and studs off the Compressor so of the warranty company was not gonna approve any work when the damages where caused by an ALLEY MECHANIC.
Also we have agreed the day before that you be at the shop by 8am to get the vehicle yes i did agreed with the tow truck driver that it would be fine at 12pm but we had to close early that day something came an also your truck driver was being rude as well but we appriciate you coming to pick up the vehicle as soon as possible so thank you for that
we also explained to you and showed with details why your vehicle start because the battery to your vehicle needed to be charge because of no serpentine belt on the vehicle which charges the battery as we expained an also showed you as well...

So unprofessional and i will not go back!!! And I think they broke my shifter it was a little off but now I can’t put it in park at the moment. And yes this all just happened today 12/20/25 at 11 am this morning!
