Polite informative and quick.
I dropped my car off at the store before they opened for an oil change and inspection went back in and they were very polite and the mechanic explained thoroughly to me every thing that needed to be done and sent me on my way. Didnt feel like I was getting jerked around in anyway and spent maybe 10 minutes out of my day in total for the process.
