Jamie was great! Call a couple times today to up date me on various things I wanted to have done to the car. Explained things to me thoroughly and asked if I had a questions. Very professional. Brooke was great too.
Had yet another great experience at Jamie’s Auto Repair Shop in Townsend, DE.. I bring all 3 of my cars here to have work done, as needed. Always, friendly and professional. This organization does not attempt to sell you this or that. They state the facts about the problems your car might have, provide options and ask how would you like to proceed. During the past two years, I have worked with the team players Rob, Brooke and her sweet black lab Gracie - they’ve been great. Yesterday and today Jamie the owner was covering for the week while one of his employees was on vacation and did an amazing job with my son’s car. He’s friendly and professional. Throughout the day, Jamie called me explaining various problems and had even said that this doesn’t need to be fixed - it’s okay. Honesty - I really like and appreciate this. All said, I would not take my cars anywhere else. Truly, TCK
