Everything went smoothly, they communicated with my insurance (insurance estimate listed everything being repaired, but in actuality they needed to replace everything and fix additional damage, about a $2000 difference between the estimates) and everything was covered.
When I came in for the initial body shop estimate, my driver door wouldn't open. Rodney took a screw driver, bent the fender out a bit, and made sure the door would open/close so I wouldn't have to keep climbing from the passenger side every time.
I dropped the vehicle off, no hiccups, was told it would be ready in about 2 weeks, and it was ready to pick up 19 days later (~12 working days, monday-friday, as they are closed weekends).
Repairs look great! Can't tell it was ever damaged, before. Paint matches, everything works smoothly as it was supposed to. They offered interior detailing for $40, but I decided against it as the car is fairly new and there isn't terribly much to clean. But upon picking the vehicle up after repairs, it seems detailing was done - floors clean, door dirt/mud marks cleaned, much of the dash was cleaned, and fingerprint smudges on the touch-screen interface were wiper away. A few things were missed, but I never paid for any detailing, so I am more than happy with it!
