Great Service!
Fairly new to the Tualatin area and happened to find JC Motors. A clean place was my first impression, then I met Sam in the front to set up an appointment for a routine replacement of a serpentine belt. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Set up an appointment for two days out first thing in the morning. When I got there they were ready as promised and start right away. A refreshing change from many shops when an appointment seems to mean little.
They did an overall inspection first to check the status of my vehicle, then gave me a courtesy call about a battery issue. I told them I would replace it myself and there was none of the usual trying to sell me on why I shouldn't. Sam even offered some advice on something I could do to prolong the next battery's life.
The belt was replaced in the approximate time quoted and Sam told me of a couple of services that my car could use sometime in the future. No pressure, just recommendations. Also inform me my ten year old Toyota Corolla was in fine condition, always nice to hear from some one knowledgeable.
I highly recommend JC Motors for all care.

Great Service!
As usual, the routine oil change service at JC Motors went smoothly! The are very efficient and friendly and keep you informed if anything needs attention. Brought the car in for a major tuneup, injector service and oil change
