Great customer service
I’ve been coming to get my car done here for more than 5 years… started out with just an oil change and then turned into my go to mechanic. I never feel pressured to get anything done, they’re always straight forward. I definitely recommend them.

False diagnostic
JCW mechanic said he would put a manual pressure gauge on my motor to make sure the oil pressure send unit wasn’t giving false reading. He did not rule out that problem. Instead, he charged me a diagnostic fee of $160 and never showed me proof that manual gauge read (zero) like he verbally told me. He said my motor was pretty much shot and I needed a new one. Basically charged me and never diagnosed the problem. After getting a second opinion, it ended up being a faulty oil pressure sensor. The part cost me only $60. I would be careful taking my vehicle to this shop.
