Always truthful and tells it how it is
I came in for a transmission check, which was handled extremely well. This car was bought used, so the transmission fluid was already blackened to the point that changing it would actually hurt the transmission rather than help. I was given solid advice and allowed to choose if I wanted anything else done with the car. The small repairs to the tire monitors I got took less time than I thought they would so I was able to get the car back before work the next day! I really like this auto repair and I wouldn't go anywhere else anymore. Thanks for taking care of my car!

Great Autoshop
I was very impressed with the staff. Kind and proffesional. Estimates and pricing for repairs very reasonable (My car is European).They stayed overtime to finish the repair on my car and did not tell me to come back the next day!!!
I recommend this autoshop to everyone that doesn’t want to pay the outrages prices at the dealership and get the same if not better service!!

Excellent service
As a new resident of Scottsdale, I was looking for a good mechanic to handle an issue with my alternator in my 2006 4Runner on Sunday afternoon. Based on the reviews for JD's Automotive, I took a chance. Wow! Amazing. They took me with no issues on Monday morning - diagnosed the issue, clearly communicated with me and applied the fix per my approval and I was out the door by 2:00PM. Reasonable and accurate service. Now I am one week past the issue, the truck is running like clockwork. Highly recommend.

JD's provided excellent service on my 2006 Toyota Avalon. Historically, they have made recommendations and explained the relative urgency of each one. They are honest and efficient. I would recommend them to anyone.
