J'ai dû changer de voiture suite à un accident et j'ai été pris en charge par Frédéric Croussette. Il a su répondre à toutes mes questions et a fait en sorte que je puisse avoir ma voiture à temps, puisque ma location d'assurance se terminait avant même que j'aie reçu l'argent du règlement de mon ancien véhicule.
Alicia et Frédéric ont été très présents pour répondre à mes interrogations. Nous avons réussi à trouver une méthode de paiement qui m'accommodait en attendant la réception de mon chèque. J'ai bénéficié d'un excellent service : ils ont su me rassurer et m'offrir les meilleures offres et garanties possibles.Je ne regrette absolument pas d'avoir acheté à nouveau chez Mitsubishi. Vous formez vraiment une belle équipe. Merci pour tout !
