Unusual noise and some loss of power, replaced ignition coil.
Stopped at Jeeps Only for an unusual noise coming from the muffler and some loss of power, with no check engine light warning. The owner, Mark, and another employee, immediately checked my 2011 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. They advised me it was probably an engine issue and would need me to leave it so they could properly diagnose the issue. I got a call a short time later stating one of the ignition coils was bad. He also said the exhaust hanger was broken. He gave me a fair price to fix the issues and it was completed very quickly. I have been coming to this location for years for all my Jeep needs, and I will continue to do so.
