My job was handled PERFECTLY thanks to Jessica and a front desk gal. They provided me with relief of stress!!!!
My personal visit to Jeff's was handled abundantly professionally thanks to Jessica - she was knowledgeable, professional and displayed a kind, patient, proficient personality and result. She was excellent on every level. The gal who sits in the front of your shop also had to deal with an "old person devoid of DIRECTIONAL ABILITIES the day of pick up." She too was a kind and very, very helpful person guiding me up and down West Street (thankfully). I realize Jeff's, just like other businesses dealing with the public gets all sorts of personality types infused into their workdays!!! Jessica and the front desk gal were PERFECTLY kind, totally helpful , knowledgeable and thorough plus a relief to an older person with hearing and other issues. I say - "Thank the Stars for both of those employees!!!!!!"
