Honesty & Great Service
Jeff's Transmission was an amazing find for us, as we are from out of town and needed transmission repairs. We found Mark and the staff to be straightforward and honest. They provided great service and within the time they expected it would take. They even fixed a part that they found to be broken that was outside the original scope of work and fixed it! We were grateful for that as it was a possible safety issue, and when the final bill came in less than was estimated we were grateful for that too! Very professional, very service minded with honest! Jeff's Transmission is where we'll take our car from now on!

Stay clear of this place unless you are retired and or have a lot of time on your hands.
My experience here was awful. My wife and I dropped our Corolla of here and it sat for a week and never repaired. We were told it could take a few days and that was ok but a week ? As a matter of fact the same guy told us he would move our car the day we dropped of cause it was hanging in the road and I went back by on my way to work and sure as shit it was sitting in same spot. After almost a week of not hearing from anyone I finally called and they fed me some BS so we let it go another few days and finally I just couldn't take anymore and he said well we looked at it and engine lites off so come get it and drive till engine light comes back on and bring it back. Well engine lite came on and my wife and I were almost stranded this past Sat so we took back today and same old shit....We were told again it would be a few days or even a week so we walked out....Bottom line here is it almost seems like they just don't care and want big jobs that bring in big bucks and don't want to work on little things like p0705 transmission censor....So crazy when you walk in you see scripture and christian like things on the walls but I wouldn't go back here or refer anyone here EVER !!!!! Just look at all the cars that just sit outside....This is one of the worst experiences I ever had and he just let us walk right out the door and no sense of urgency to make things right considering our car sat here for a week and I would put money on it that they never even looked at it....

For give me God for being upset and posting this but all true. I just don't want anyone to go through what we went through....awful....Jeff looks like business doing well...I'll pray that it stays that way and that you treat every car every cust the same and that no job is too small.....
