GM is horrible!!!!
This dealership needs to launch an entire campaign focused on female buyers to regain trust with their potential customers
Warning!!! Do not purchase a vehicle from Jerry's Hyundai!!Their customer service is deplorable!!I will keep posting updates until this matter has been resolved to my satisfaction!

Doyle Maynard was condescending, and belittling, to the point where I told I was not telling the truth about what the service manager told me. WHEN I TOLD DOYLE I HAD THE EMAIL TO PROVE WHAT THE SERVICE MGR SAID...
He told me it didn't make a difference. He would NEVER speak to a male that way..although I have heard from male employees that he is a jerj and yells at employees!!!!
