Alignment
The service for alignment was great, but I waited for about 5 minutes until two staff members finished discussing another client’s issue. Therefore, when I was approached with what I needed the staff member attempted to tell me that they may not be taking anymore cars when I had been told that it would be about an hour to complete by another staff member. At the end, the service was completed in about an hour in a half, but at checkout I was given a discount which was gladly appreciated.

Great experience overall
Everyone was very friendly and professional. They didn't try to upsell any other services and seemed very honest. They provided shuttle service so I could drop off my car and still make it to work and my car was done by lunchtime. I will be coming back when my car needs service.

One of the best shops around.
These guys do great work, they’re great with communication, use them personally and professionally (they can do fleet work as well). Haven’t had a single issue with the work they’ve done and they’re prices are lower than the competition.

Car care with class!
I've said it before, Jesse Britts Automotive is where you need to go!
I took my car in today for several things. As I waited, I watched the impeccable service given to everyone that entered the building.
Everyone there is very friendly, knowledgeable, and clear on explaining the services needed. My work would take a while so they gave me a ride, and I have to say, Jacob, you're the best! You were so courteous and professional. I enjoyed your friendly conversation and how you were so mindful for my safety while driving. Again, thank you so much for your service!!! This is my go to car care place. You all should check them out. You will be impressed.
