The experience was positive for the most part.
They always treat me great at Jim Click Hyundai but I felt that there waa more that they could have done on what it cost to replace the rear shocks (2nd time) on my 2020 Palisade. First of all they didn't recognize that it was the second time untilI brought it to their attention. The first ime was covered by warranty. When they were replaced the first time Hyundai knew of the problem they were having with rear shocks. When they replaced the first one I was led to believe that Hyundai had come out with a replacement for the original ones installed and they were to be installed on my Palisade. I got a very strong feeling that they were the same shock as the original and the problem was not taken care of By Hyundai. At the very least a substandial discount should have been given as this is a well know problem with this model of vehicle. when the techician wasaked about the shocks wearing out out so quickly his comment was "what can I say its Palisade"! Over the years I have purchased Genesis, Palisades and Santa Fe's from Hyundai. This may very well be the last one!
