Always helpful
When you find a reliable, knowledgeable mechanic (or doctor), it's a weight off your shoulders! I'm so glad I found JM'S! I use them for routine service but they have also always come through in emergencies too.

battery installation
Technician, Larry, came to my home to jump start my Kia. After I drove to the shop, a battery was installed immediately. I will be using JM's for future needs. They provided service to a Lincoln I had for many years, and it is good to be back using them again. I plan on using them exclusively for my future needs. Manager, Chris, is very knowledgeable.

Car Inspection
This was my first visit to JM”s Auto Repair as I was in need of a thorough and detailed inspection of my car, prior to selling.

The service I received was excellent, both friendly and professional and in my situation timely as I requested my appointment at the last minute..

When my vehicle’s inspection was completed, I was impressed with the detail and how explanation was extended when I asked questions about my report.
Additionally, I was also provided photos.

In summary, I was very impressed. With the service I received at JM’s Auto Repair and would give them my highest rating as they earned my service return in the future if needed..

We just moved to Green Valley from Wisconsin and took both our vehicles to JM's for servicing. Both are older vehicles, so both need regular attention to keep them in tip-top shape. Chris is very knowledgeable about how a desert environment requires a different maintenance schedule, and both vehicles need new tires, and she knows what tires are best for the Arizona climate. We have total confidence in Chris and her employees. I highly recommend their shop for any automotive needs.

Honest problem solvers and totally professional.
My car was a mess they helped me so much. They are amazing I recommend them to do anything well and professionally. they are honest and trustworthy and I appreciate there hard work. Truly thankful.

Technical review and assessment of overdue repairs.
Manager is very friendly and efficient. Technicians did a complete review and evaluation of my problems. They found that I did not have the problem I thought had, but that I needed other repairs. These other repairs cost less than the repairs I thought I needed. They seem to be very honest and ethical in their work. They completed the necessary repairs the next day. I would not hesitate to work with them again.

Great customer service, Chris is awesome! Shes honest and courteous as well as knowledgeable. The service was quick and no added pushy additional fees. Alfa Romeo Check engine light on to service
Service check engine light came on Chris and Gerold’s staff diagnosed and discovered the battery was not producing enough cold cranking amps replaced the battery reset all at no charge being the battery was covered under warranty.
