Great sales experience, gross financing experience
This was my first time buying a car, and Bobby Bealmear was fantastic. I felt like he really listened to me and was very attentive of my cues. Throughout my whole car shopping experience, he was the only sales person that wore a face mask in the car with me AND didn't show a preference to my parents' interest over mine. Of course the process was stressful, but he was definitely the best person I could have possible worked with!

The down side was that the financing guy was sleazy. I expected the usual upselling techniques, but he was overly flirtatious and wasn't picking up on any hints. I feel weird that he had access to so much of my personal information for that process. More training for how to not be domineering when working with young female clients would be great. Not giving them your number with a wink would be a good place to start.
