Started online purchase. Set up.a meeting on Monday to meet that Thursday. We live 3hrs away as well, so we had the financing already set up prior to appointment to save time. They called and sent several text messages confirming the appointment and vehicle we were wanting to purchase. Got a text confirming the appointment that morning on our way to the appointment. Got there the sales person we were meeting with was no where to be found. Waited 20 or more minutes while he was beening located. Finally met with him only to tell us the vehicle we were interested in was not there but was borrowed out to another customer to drive while his own car was being repaired. Really? On top of this the sales person then attempted to sell us a used $20,000 vehicle with the terms of $575 a month for 72 months. Ok...with this we realized real quick the kind of place we were dealing with. Crooks
