Always amazing!!
I was having a serious problem with my car right before the holidays. I also had a trip planned during that time. I knew that the shop was closed for two weeks (well worth it to the employees!) but was concerned that I couldn't get my car fixed on my return. Not the case.... early Monday morning, Mike took my car in and later that afternoon, all fixed!! This is why my entire family utilizes John Jay's Automotive....great care, concern, and customer service!!!
