Johnny said he received only contradictory information and never a straight answer. He was told one thing, but the written report showed something different. For example, a radiator leak was initially said to be power steering fluid. When he picked up the vehicle, they finally identified the actual problem. The only thing they did correctly was the tie rod.

Upon review of the work order ,there is no mention we ever said anything about a radiator leak. We did find a p/s
return line leaking at the clamp and customer confirmed with us that he was aware of that leak and he had done prior
reapair himself. Thank you for your time
