Two visits, 2 days each time, still NOT fixed - why bother?!

I won't be returning to this shop since they can't fix the problem. Of course they charged me and told me the brakes were fixed. Said they drove it and "didn't hear anything" which is a bold lie because I drove a few blocks and immediately heard the same noise that's being going on. Gaslit me and tried to tell me it was the front brakes when it's 1000% the rear. Twice I've come in for the same issue. Left my car for 2 days each time. Minimal updates, car is always ready at 4:50pm on Fri (so if it's not fixed, they're already closed when you return). Waste of time, energy & the problem continues.
