Jumbo - Trustworthy
Was given a $2,000 written estimate to fix ac. Went to Jumbo for a second. I’m glad I listened to Haim and let him test for leaks. He knew I had the $2,000 estimate.
He came back with an estimate of $700!!!! Total. What I was told would take 2 days took Jumbo 3 hours.
Thank you Miguel, Diego and Haim. Now I know better.

Price to high
Just for a tune up I was charged $700 for it. The short guy on front that always wears sun glasses is rude AF, is like every time you asked a question he gives attitude like he doesn’t want to be there, can not stand him.the mechanics are nice to talk to, but the front office forget about it

Never coming back
After 5+ years it was the worst experience ever. I felt taken advantage of. The last few visits it has been about what my car needs instead of just doing what I came in for. They charged more that the dealership for an oil change. Well guess what I am never coming back. You have lost a loyal customer. I will not reccomend you to any of my friends specially the females. It seems those are the one that you try to take advantage of.
