These guys are awesome!
They have saved my butt more than once in repairs and cost. They have also taken me in when I have called when I have had immediate issues. They now also fix my kids car, so I obviously trust them with safety!

I have been going to Juniors auto for the last 5 years, I appreciate their honesty and professionalism!
I own 4 vehicles and they service them all , from oil changes , tire rotations , brakes, and unfortunate breakdowns,
They have always treated me with respect and transparency .
My co workers first referred them to me and now I am referring everyone to them!

If your car is drivable...great! That gives you the opportunity to turn around, leave and go elsewhere. I called them, told them everything about my car and what I thought might be the reason why it wouldn't start. Told me to have the car towed to them and they would check it out. Received a call about 10 minutes after the tow truck driver was told they wouldn't service the car. Luckily, I only live 2 miles away and my car was brought back to my house Excellent service from AAA, awful customer service from Junior's!

I called them, told them everything about my car and what I thought might be the reason why it wouldn't start. Told me to have the car towed to them and they would check it out. Received a call about 10 minutes after the tow truck driver was told they wouldn't service the car. Luckily, I only live 2 miles away and my car was brought back to my house Excellent service from AAA, awful customer service from Junior's!

Very Happy Customer
My daughter’s car had transmission issues. Called Juniors and she was told to drop it off the next morning. The work was done that day. When I picked it up for her, I asked if it needed an oil change. It did, and they offered to take it right away. I was surprised and very impressed because a week prior to this, she thought it needed a new starter and had it towed to a different mechanic. It took that mechanic three days to determine it needed a new battery. That mechanic is good—my husband and I have never had any issues with him, but Junior’s is definitely a cut above. We will bring our cars to Junior’s from now on for service.
Junior’s also pointed out the headlight lenses on my daughter’s car. They offered to take care of them right away, and I took them up on that. This was not an upsell. They were so hazy which was definitely a safety issue! When they were done, the headlights looked brand new.
