Poor
Very poor experience. The shop would not let the insurance inspector look at our vehicle because they were having personal issues with him. Insurance indicated the relationship issue may slow down repair on our vehicle. When we requested to take our vehicle elsewhere K-ceps billed a $2600 ‘admin fee’. 0 work had been done and the car had been there less than 24 hrs. The customer should not be billed because K-ceps cannot manage a business to business relationship.

We appreciate you taking the time to provide your feedback, and it sounds like you've had quite the rollercoaster of an experience. We genuinely strive to deliver smooth sailing and it seems we hit a few waves with your situation. It's concerning to hear about the complications with the insurance inspector. We have been in business for over 30 years and can assure you that we absolutely allow insurance adjusters to do their job. The situation in this case was a matter of appropriate attire, and PPE. It is imperitave that we maintain a professional and safe facility, and refusal to comply would expose us to unnecessary liablility.  It is unfortuante that we are unable to complete this job, as safe and proper repairs are always our priority. Regarding the admin fee you mentioned, we understand the frustration, but as a business, we must charge for our time per our contractual agreement. Fortunately, this was covered by the insurance company. We value your feedback on improving our communication in these matters. We appreciate your business and hope we can work to together in the future.
