Bait and switch
They send out a service coupon for a 59.00 oil change, small print says for specific oil that my Tuscon doesn’t take. I showed the service advisor the coupon before work was done . He didn’t say anything about coupon being invalid. 59.00 oil change was 120.00 . I talked to the Manager to state my dissatisfaction. He could have cared less but discounted 15%. I originally wanted a recall done but that didn’t happen either.
