Scamming and/or Robbing Unreliable
On Aug 26, 2025, I bought the catalytic converter with a warranty that was for 12 months. April 20th, I took the car for an oil change. I noticed the car was not picking up speed. Took the car back the next day at 930a (April 21st) for them to 'check it out' they said 2-3 days and car will be ready. By April 27th after not hearing from the shop, I called again to get no response. On the 28th I finally got someone on the line and they finally said they could not find anything wrong with the car. They said they will have another tech drive to check. They called back alerting me that while the car was in their car the converter was stolen. They then said they had a forensic team there and about filing a police report. But it still said that I must pay an added $1500 to now send my car to another company for the converter to be welded on. I am at a loss here and never able to reach the gm. My car has been there for over a week now and I am not getting any update. I need something to happen here the service has been a horrible experience. I do not think this is a dependable company and I feel I am being robbed. I have been in contact with assistant general manager Karen; the general manager Mike Hanson is never there or never wants to conduct his business. Sal is the one who says that they have made a police report, but I still haven’t even got a copy of that either.
