As per another recent review, this place IS a total scam!! I had accident on 12/30. Attempted to reach someone on the “24 hour” towing line. In 2 days on at least 6 occasions NO ONE answered the phone!!! Today I spoke to them and stated I needed to get my belongings out of my car. I was asked about my insurance which is none of their business. I was told I in order to access my car I was required to pay $150.00. WHAT??? The owner Kevin kept saying that’s our policy. Unfortunately PA state law prohibits a towing company from not allowing you access to YOUR belongiings. This is a classless .business and most likely in dire need of cash. Paying to get MY belongings from my car is the most insane thing I’ve ever experienced. Do yourself a favor and run if you need your car towed and they show up. RIP OFF just as another reviewer stated…snd that’s the nicest thing I could say
