Broke my car
I was yelled at by Shane and cussed out because I asked him to write down issues, I was aware of when dropping me car off. Management got a hold of me and said they took care of the problem when they were just as awful as the service team. That being said I was sent home with my car that was empty with no oil which caused my transmission and engine to crash entirely. They lied, cheated and stole from me.
Charged me over 1,000 and put me in a very dangerous situation. The car stopped on the highway and almost caused several accidents which could have killed me. After taking it to the other shop and found all this out I called this place back ... They lied again and said they would reach back out to me and no one has.
I have never been so disgusted and disappointed in a business in my entire life.

I will also be reporting them to the business bureau!!!!
