I called first very confused as to what I needed to transfer my car into Maryland. The front desk talked be through everything, and was so friendly, helpful, and just fun to chat with.
Then once I got my car in, they were so happy to help. Even employees who seemed to be on break were ready to help with little things like bringing my car around or helping me with my license plate screws that were stuck. The prices are pretty average, but they’re upfront before they do anything. Any recommendations they had, they didn’t push, they just let me know and made a note.
I also have to say, as a woman who brings her car in, some places talk down to you or try and try to use the “headlight fluid” selling tactics, but this place talked to me like I was a normal person and it was so great!!
The customer service is why I’m going to bring my car and my husbands in for everything moving forward.
