Went in for an alignment, left with a damaged hood. Tried to hold them accountable.. they said we looked trashy and just wanted a free repair and called the police on us.. even though they couldnt even give us the data sheet for the alignment and the Truck alignment is trash.. at minimum make sure you take a full video walkaround of your vehicle before letting them touch it.
