Excellent Repair Shop
I have used this repair shop for a number of years now and I have yet to have any negative issues. I have taken multiple vehicles there and have had a wide variety of repair types performed. I referred my family members to use this shop also as well as friends. Todd has always been professional and straight up with me on my repairs as well as courteous and the same goes for any tech's. They have fixed or found repairs some other well qualified shops could not fix, misdiagnosed or did not properly fix. The prices have always been fair and the work a quality job not requiring multiple trips. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking to get a repair done the right way as one would expect. My repairs have been done in a timely manner. I am a very happy customer and very happy to have an excellent shop to go to that I know I can rely on to keep my vehicles going safely.

Terrible and slow service
My truck was towed to this shop with a thrown spark plug. It was not making any bottom engine noise. They called me to pick up my truck and when I got there it sounded like a rod was gone. It sounded like the motor was blowed. After hours of arguing with my husband, Todd finally said that they would look at it. That was over 2 weeks and no one has even called us to inform what is going on. Terrible customer service.

Reliable, good prices, good people
Kevin's auto repair is great! Everytime I have had my vehicle in it has been fixed properly and if anything goes wrong with the repair they fix it no charge. Not that I have had any of their repairs go wrong. Reasonable prices and great people. I recommend Kevin's to everyone I know who needs work done.

January 31, 2018......I towed my car in with a transmission and starting problem. . I was told the problem was my starter and a tube had come loose in the transmission. 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee $494 later I was on my way. I might mention that I am handicapped and was not offered help removing the car from the tow bar though an employee outside did help when I picked it up. Well...The problem has returned. The same issue starting as when I was told the starter needed replaced. I called today 7/23/18 I called to let them know the car won't start and was told there is a one-year warranty on parts but only 6 months on labor and that mine is past the six months. From 1/31/18 to 7/23/18 .... not quite six months, someone needs to buy a calculator. The person I spoke to is Todd. He seems to hate the world. I called back to let him know that it was not six months from January and he decided to argue about the date when I told him I brought it in. He should have pulled it up and had the records in front of him. I don't trust Kevin's now and won't be going back for this repair. I feel Kevin’s, or I should say Todd needs to work on his people skills.
With so much competition out there today, CUSTOMER SERVICE is the only way to survive. Losing a future customer for me, my family and anyone else that reads this and decides to go elsewhere over a simple starter problem which in all actuality should have been covered is no way to keep and get new customers. I am very disappointed in my handling as a current customer and will never be a repeat. I hope you don't have to follow up on any work done. It seems once Kevin gets your money they don't want to stand behind their work. BEWARE!!!!
