0 Stars for such an unprofessional unsatisfactory unprofessional experience
made appointment & went for servicing my car on 9/19/24, there was a long wait & my appointment was not respected. After wasting an additional 45 Minutes to be seen, the technician informed that my car needs to be inspected for 1 week or more, & I will Not be offered a replacement car meanwhile. The 0% professional technician didn't even bother to check my car! Very unprofessional & only deserve 0 Stars. Same they afternoon I got a phone call asking how my visit was & I explained thay it was useless & I was informed that they have long waits & asked me to call them in October & hopefully they will be less busy & can do same day inspection. Why on earth would a dealer provide appointments just to waste people's time if they are soo busy to even inspect client's cars? Have never experienced such an unprofessional experience. Thanks!
