I was initially told someone would be out to me in 30 minutes around 1pm on a Friday but King did not arrive until 8:15pm. I received a courtesy call around 8:08pm to let me know that he was en route. Upon arrival, King performed my diagnostic and was very communicative helping me understand what was going on with my vehicle, but the diagnostic wasn’t the final answer. I paid him via Cash App and he said he wanted to study the diagnostic and come back the next day before giving me the final answer on the problem with my vehicle. I called King the next morning and he arrived, but my battery died. He stated he would need another pack to jump my battery and would be back later that day. No one came back that day nor did they call. I called on Monday for an update and was told that they would put me on his schedule for Tuesday. I waited all day Tuesday for no arrival. On Thursday I was told he was coming out to me and still no call, no show. Nice guy who probably does nice work but my diagnostic has not been completed and the communication is terrible.
