Excellent Auto Maintenance
Kingdom Imports provides by far the best auto maintenance my cars have ever received. The mechanics are very knowledgeable and experienced, bringing interest, professional curiosity and an impressive logical problem solving ability which is a joy to watch. The owners and staff are straightforward and honest. One of their business goals is to educate their customers about the characteristics and care of their vehicles. They willingly provide helpful explanations of their assessments, recommendations, and work. They consider alternative solutions. They think ahead in making recommendations for future care. They are helpful about customers' logistical needs and in situations of urgency. They care about their customers and make coming to the garage and enjoyable experience. The waiting room is friendly and pleasant, offering interesting conversations with staff and other customers. I have brought my cars here for at least ten years and know other people who have been customers for thirty and forty years. It is a great relief not to have to worry about one's car.

Exceptional Shop
Kingdom handled a breakdown, where we dropped our Volvo XC70 unannounced, with professional service and perfect communication.
Jon and Travis treated us more like old friends and long term customers than walk ins.
So impressed. We will be back.

Wonderful experience!
I had an electrical issue with my Volvo and walked in with no appointment. Travis and John were absolutely amazing and took my car in and fixed it on a Friday. I am forever thankful for their incredible service and kindness.

Excellent work
Travis and John have always been friendly and professional. They do great work and are very reasonable. Our 14 y/o Mercedes SUV has been plagued with issues and stranded us more than once. They not only fixed the guys did everything they could to make the situation as painless as possible. I highly recommend them for all your repair and service work. We even take our new car to them for service
