1. Are they able to fix the car? Yes, Kiwi Car Care was able to fix the car, just as I asked.
2. Is the price fair? Yes, for what I got, the price was fair--especially for Maui.
3. When the car is fixed and the bill is paid, how do you feel about the experience. This is Kiwi Car Care excels. Kiwi was trust worthy, I did not feel like I was getting cheated since price and expectations were set out ahead of time. Good customer service is not defined by the lack of problems, it is defined by how an organization responds to those issues. Kiwi provided excellent customer service throughout the entire repair process--especially when issues came up. 5 out of 5!
