Honest and always fair is the first thing that comes to mind when I think about Klem's . As a woman I have had some very condescending experiences with other garages. Klem's has never made me feel that way. They don't try to upsell and have saved me tons of money telling what I do and don't need for my car. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and go out of their way to make sure their clients are happy. I never question their recommendations because they've never stirred me wrong!
