Long story short I had a dead battery. So I bought one at Advanced Auto Parts for over $280…. Even after they said they wouldn’t install it for me. They said it would take too long so I thought maybe I’d try it myself. Day and half later after doing some research I didn’t wanna tackle this job. So today at about noon I stopped by Kling Brothers, and asked what it would cost to buy and install a new battery. Now I’ve never been here before so I was anxious but Cody was able to answer all my questions and somehow get me in on the spot. I asked if I could stop by after work in a couple hours and he was more than happy to accommodate me! When I arrived later that day he even recognized me and said here for the battery? Now that’s what I call great customer service! An hour later my car was done and we settled up (he even let me bring me dog in the shop after our walk over) it wasn’t until after I left I noticed they even filled the air in my low tire! I know I was lucky to be fit in his schedule but to handle the little things right and charge me a fair price, I will definitely be back and so will my family!
