The service here is extremely prompt. I have been able to get a very quick turnaround time for unexpected fixes, usually within a day or 2 max.
Susie at the front desk is an absolute treasure. She is beyond sweet, very knowledgeable, and was quick to recall my issue when I checked in for a repair update.
I have NEVER felt upsold here. Not only are the prices VERY affordable, but I have never felt they add any additional services that I don't truly need. I'm presented with the exact fix for my issue - no suggestions or pressures to upgrade unrelated features. Nor do I feel like any additional charges are being added from underneath me. It's all been very straightforward.
