I took my 2024 Hyundai Sonata for service, and just 1,500 miles later, the splash shield fell off on the highway — it had no screws or clips at all. Clearly a bad installation, not road damage.
When I returned, Service Advisor Zach refused responsibility, just blaming the mileage. That’s no excuse — a properly installed shield should never fall off.
Also reported a horn issue — they ordered the part, called me in, and then claimed it had to be ordered again. When I said this is unacceptable, Service Director Jeremy Gigogne responded, “Why are you coming here then?” — instead of fixing the issue.
This place is dishonest, with poor customer service, careless mechanics, and zero accountability. They left me to deal with the damage and cost. Please avoid this dealership.
