Recall car swap
So I got a call letting me know my new Hyundai Kona had a stop sale recal on it, so that Saturday I brought it back. Everyone at Korum was super professional and apologetic, even though it wasn't their fault but Hyundai's. All the loan paperwork was easily redone, I got a replacement Kona in a color I like with the same trim and they even gave me a rebate to go towards add-ons my first kona had. I've already told others about Korum and how awesome they were both when I initially bought my car, and the replacement process and they were surprised at how awesome everyone was.
