I also learned that it could be changed out very simply in a matter of 45 minutes or so.
When the ballast came, I started to take apart some of the engine coverings to gain access, and noticed that the headlight was not plugged in, probably from when they changed out the bulb.
Just curious, I plugged it in and guess what the light works perfectly! No bad bulb, no bad ballast just incompetence or was it intentional? I will never know! All I know is I will not be taking any more vehicles to LD automotive!
