22 vehicle needs major repair but told its fine.
No shuttle or Lyft available, was initially told 22 vehicle was fine, no videos sent on both occasions, replaced a hub, contradictions regarding the part, vehicle still needs repair, noise worsens, I drive 70+ miles daily and the service advisor wasn’t concerned about my vehicle, safety or disinformation or inconvenience, unempathtic, Wouldn’t be surprised if No work was ever performed. Reluctant to visit this dealership.
