Honest and Transparent

I was referred to Lakeside Auto after going to the same repair shop for more than 20 years. Since the person I always trusted there is no longer with the company, I was understandably nervous about trying someone new.
From the moment I arrived, the team at Lakeside Auto was professional, honest, and straightforward. After diagnosing my vehicle, they could have easily taken on the repair themselves, but instead they recommended a transmission shop they trust because they felt it was the best solution for my situation.
That level of honesty and integrity is hard to find these days. They were prompt, transparent, and genuinely had my best interests in mind. I highly recommend Lakeside Auto to anyone looking for an auto repair shop they can trust!
