Bryan is both extremely knowable and with. customers A small but massive thing, he returns phone calls from voice messages. He seems to understand that cars are bigger than transportation. Cars are the number 1 factor in giving people their sense of freedom. He continues the driver of value created by Jim - trustworthiness's, which maybe 1/100 companies in your business possesses.

Going The Extra Mile
Woke up to a flat tire and needed an immediate fix. Called my usual auto repair shop but they couldn’t take me for two days. Checked with another local shop but same story, no dice. Called Lament’s and was told they were booked. When I explained my urgency, Brian squeezed me in. I’ll be taking my business to Lament’s.
