Update of prior report
A pair of blue tooth ear buds were missing from my car when I picked it up. A rep from Landers contacted me and placed an Amazon.com order to replace them. Nice to see follow up on reviews.

Good work, but slow. Item stolen from vehicle.
Good work, but very slow. Be sure and remove any valuables before putting your car in their care.

I have spoken to Mr. Paulus, had a nice conversation and discussed timeline as well as missing blue tooth ear buds. He mentioned that a tow company took vehicle to dealership and left it overnight, then brought to Collision Center and he was not blaming Landers for them being missing. Mr. paulus told me that the vehicle repairs looked well done.
