As always the staff was fantastic
The office staff is so personable and very nice. Their enthusiasm is truly genuine. The mechanics are truly the stars behind the curtain. Extremely skilled and highly educated. They take the time to explain the problem and/or repairs.
When you talk to everyone you feel like long time friends.

Trustworthy Business
I received an oil change from them for a very reasonable price. After I got the oil change, my car stopped running and it was because a leaf had fallen from my filter onto my air sensor so the car thought I wasn't getting oxygen. They removed the leaf and told me that I should replace my dirty air filter when I get the chance. They said my next oil change is on them because of the complication. They did not try and convince me to do any other work on my car. I would definitely come here again if I need work on my car.

Great job replacing brakes
I called Mon & They made an appt for Thursday morning as I requested. They explained that the brakes were at the replace soon point and could wait a bit longer if I wished. I elected to have both front and rear brakes replaced. They kept me informed on the status of the repair while I sat and read a book in their comfortable waiting room. They drained the braking system & replaced the fluid, they resurfaced the rotors, cleaned and lubricated the calipers, and replaced brake pads both front and rear for $150 less than the dealer charged me 6 years ago to replace the rear brakes on my other car. List me as a happy and impressed customer.

AC fixed in a day!
My AC went out in my Wrangler TJ Unlimited. I looked up local mechanics and found Larsen’s Auto repair had decent reviews. I requested an appointment online and was promptly called soon afterwards. I dropped my vehicle off the next morning to have the diagnosis done. They contacted me a short while afterwards and explained what they found and gave me the quote for repair. They worked on it that same day and I had my Jeep back the following morning with AC and no annoying ac clutch rattles!!! They were professional and courteous and very efficient. I will be a return customer in the future. Thank you again.

Fair, professional, quality service
There's a reason Larsen's has been my trusted mechanic for years. They've serviced 3 different used cars and are always fair and professional. This last experience came at a time that was very inconvenient and stressful for me. But as always, Larsen's took care of the issue. The part I need is very difficult to come by but I know if it's to be found, they'll find it and I know it will be the best quality used part. In the meantime, I can still operate my vehicle until the parts located or the malfunctioning part finally gives up. But it's a 23 year old foreign car and I'm beyond grateful they're helping me keep it on the road until I either no longer need the car or decide to replace it. No high pressure tactics here. Just people from our community delivering a service at a fair price that work with you in terms of your vehicle needs. This is a small local business that understands the importance of fair, professional, and quality work is what helps their business thrive.
