Kerry said her air conditioning was not working properly. She took in for repairs and she noticed on the drive home that it was still blowing hot air. She called them and they told her to bring it back in. The compressor they installed was bad and they immediately fixed the problem with a new, working compressor.

Nancy said she brought her vehicle in a day early because she couldn't close her trunk, and it took some time. On the day of her appointment, she got there on time and it took about 35 minutes. The receptionist and the guy who helped her with her trunk were great.

PK and the team at Lawson and Sons are amazing. They are the only place I’ll take any of my vehicles moving forward. In the past, I’ve worked with multiple dealerships and driven long distances to shops i hoped i could trust. Lawson and Sons are the only place I have truly come to trust implicitly for an honest assessment, every time. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

Only 1 minor issue, might have been communication, but everything was great!
When I set up the appointment I asked if tire rotation was part of the service and I was told yes - when I received my bill I was charged "extra" for that. If I know that on the front end I would have just had discount tire, do it because it's free there for me since that is where I bought the tires.
