Switched from another shop for my 4Runner and very happy I did
I was taking my 4Runner to another highly rated shop that was more Toyota specific, but every time I took it in it seemed something would always go wrong. LBR is very communicative and their reports (including photos) are super helpful. Everyone has been very helpful and the service has always been very good. Even with one little bit of miscommunication (not necessarily on their end), they step up to make it right. Feel good that my Runner is in good hands.
